Steep 1 teaspoon of Tea in 8oz of 180 Degree F Water For 5 Minutes. For Stronger Tea, Add More Leaves. 

Ingredients: Organic Rooibos, Organic Yerba mate, Organic Cinnamon Chips, Orange Peel, Organic Ginger Root, Cloves, Anise Seed, Organic Licorice Root, Organic Cardamon, Black Peppercorn, Pink Peppercorn, Organic Marigold, Natural Flavor.
